【佳學基因檢測】不孕不育與生殖缺陷專家：張愛軍教授

遺傳病、罕見病基因檢測導讀：

張愛軍，教授， 國際著名生殖專家。擅長卵母細胞漿內單精子注射、體外受精-胚胎移植、胚胎活檢、胚胎冷凍、自存精子冷凍等各項輔助生殖技術實驗室技術?，F(xiàn)任上海交通大學附屬瑞金醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科學博士生導師。

張愛軍教授簡介：

張愛軍，生殖醫(yī)學中心實驗室主任，副主任技師，1998年畢業(yè)于山東大學生命科學院細胞及分子生物學專業(yè)。從事人類輔助生殖技術實驗室工作至今，掌握胚胎學、生殖醫(yī)學、遺傳學等專業(yè)理論知識，熟練卵母細胞漿內單精子注射、體外受精-胚胎移植、胚胎活檢、胚胎冷凍、自存精子冷凍等各項輔助生殖技術實驗室技術。作為主要技術骨干，早期參與了瑞金醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學中心的設計和籌建；中心建成之后，認真完成實驗室各項質控工作，同時培訓相關技術人員，為順利開展臨床工作奠定了良好的基礎。在迎接衛(wèi)生部專家的評審與復評審工作中，盡職盡責，使生殖醫(yī)學中心順利通過衛(wèi)生部的檢查，獲得開展人類輔助生殖技術的資質做出了突出貢獻。工作中建立了系統(tǒng)有效的實驗室質控程序和嚴格的胚胎發(fā)育潛能評估系統(tǒng)，取得了良好的臨床效果。平時積極配合臨床，開展新技術、新項目，不斷豐富臨床診斷資料，其中改良機械法輔助孵化透明帶切口方式改善卵母細胞漿內單精子注射方式的研究，作為新技術分別在中華醫(yī)學成立大會和亞洲男科學大會上交流。曾先后到新加坡國立大學和香港中文大學生殖中心參觀學習。作為課題負責人，目前承擔上海市科委自然基金課題1項；作為主要研究人員，參與國家自然基金和上海市科委重大課題各1項，近3年在國家核心期刊發(fā)表相關學術論文10余篇。曾獲2004年度瑞金醫(yī)院先進員工獎。
